Face it, most adults and virtually all kids exhibit some degree of stupidity. Who has never done anything that made you stop later and say, “gee, that was dumb.”
Well now it seems that the cool new thing to do is sending cell phone messages of naked people. This wouldn’t be a problem unless the naked person happens to be a minor. Then all of a sudden you’re a child pornographer or child abuser. Now what should happen if the picture you just sent is of yourself. Aren’t child porn laws and exploitation laws designed to prevent children from being exploited by others?
