What were they thinking?

I had enough trouble affording insurance for a car I owned but let my kid drive. What will a 12-year old do with a new Dodge?

It seems this Chicago student won a car for 3 months of perfect attendance. No one asked me but I think the bar is a little low and the reward excessive. Actually it’s probably a scam to dodge (intentional pun) the taxes associated with the prize.
